Enrichment your clients buy from Stand8, ready for January 1.
Stand8 is building its own ATS, plus modules its clients can buy, and enrichment sits under all of it. The test put PDL ahead on work history, revenue and tech stack, so we checked all three on Stand8's own market: a tech stack and a public revenue figure on 12 of 12 client accounts, and past roles on 185 of 200 Salesforce and ServiceNow profiles. Below is the likely reason the test saw gaps, the rows we'd like to rerun, and five plays on live data.

What I heard
Enrichment Stand8 runs for itself first, then sells to its clients.
Our goal is to not only build these things for us internally, but we do want to build this out for clients.
We can sell a service that has contact information, we can sell a service that doesn't have contact information.
You don't want to be updated with noise if someone added a skill.
We're looking to launch everything for the ATS, for sure, January 1.
What it has to do
Four things the enrichment service has to get right.
They come from the test and from the modules Stand8 plans to sell.
01
Every field the test checked
Work history on candidates. Revenue and tech stack on companies. Those were the gaps in the evaluation, so they're the bar for everything below.
02
Sold with or without contact info
Contact info is its own call: business email, personal email and phone, each optional. A package with contacts and one without run on the same record.
03
Each client kept separate
A client's records live in that client's Salesforce or ATS. Nothing is pooled across clients, and each client's enrichment runs as its own request.
04
Fresh, without the noise
Title, employer and headline changes come through. A new skill on a profile doesn't. Clients see the moves that matter and nothing else.
Where PDL won
PDL came out ahead in the test. We want to see every row.
Stand8 tested PDL, Coresignal and Crustdata on candidates and on companies. PDL scored best on data quality, with Crustdata close behind, and the gaps on our side were work history, revenue and tech stack. That's rare for us, so we checked all three on Stand8's own market.
Gap 01 · candidates
Work history
In the test: some people came back without their work history.
185 of 200
US Salesforce and ServiceNow developers, admins and architects in our index with past roles. A median of 5 past roles each, with a first role around 2012.
Comes back only when experience is in the fields list.
Gap 02 · companies
Revenue
In the test: companies came back without revenue.
12 of 12
Stand8 client accounts with a public revenue figure. For eight, it's the last 12 months, rebuilt from the company's own quarterly filings: AT&T's native band of $1B+ came back as $128.9B through September 2026. The rest use their latest public report.
How it works: our native revenue band comes back first, with a monthly history. It then feeds our web search and web fetch APIs, which look for the public number in earnings releases, filings and press, and in executives posting their own numbers on social. When a public figure exists, it wins.
Native band with revenue, then web_search_live and web_enrich_live to confirm.
Gap 03 · companies
Tech stack
In the test: companies came back without a tech stack.
12 of 12
Stand8 client accounts with a tech stack: 105 to 1,306 technologies each. NBCUniversal shows 1,306, AT&T 1,008, and Stand8 itself 847.
Comes back only when technographics is in the fields list.

The likely reason, and it's on us
Our enrich endpoints send back a slim record unless the request names the fields.
Person enrich returns the basic profile only. Company enrich returns basic company info only. Work history, revenue and tech stack each have to be asked for by name, and those are the exact three gaps in the test.
We should make that default much harder to miss. Until we do, here's the same pair of calls, slim and full, plus the step that confirms revenue.

What we'd like from the test
Send us the rows where PDL won.
We'll rerun every row both ways, slim and full, and send back the side by side, including any cells we still lose. If Stand8 runs more than one provider, it also shows which one to call first for each field.
20 to 50 candidates where PDL had work history and we didn't.Profile URLs are enough.

A few of the requests the test sent us.The endpoint and the request body, so we can see exactly what came back and why.
What we'd build
Five things we'd build for Stand8.
Ordered by how soon Stand8 could run them. Play 01 runs on the extension Stand8 already built. Companies and titles here; the names come back in the pull.
01
Add a candidate from a profile URL, with the whole record.
Runs this weekYour Chrome extension
The extension already takes a profile URL and a name, enriches it, and maps the candidate into the ATS, onto jobs, lists and sequences. The only change is the fields list. On a sample of 200 US Salesforce and ServiceNow developers, admins and architects, 185 came back with past roles, 177 with schools and 178 with skills.
How it runs
The extension sends the profile URL to person_enrich with experience, education and skills in fields.
If the package includes contact info, a second call to person_contact_enrich asks for business email, personal email or phone.
The ATS maps the current title and employer, every past role with dates, schools and skills onto the candidate, then the job, list or sequence.
No scraping on Stand8's side. A URL and a name go in, the full record comes back.

Of the 16,995 US Salesforce and ServiceNow developers, admins and architects in our index, 1,116 started their current role in the last 12 months. The move off Bullhorn is the natural time to refresh every record once, then keep it current.

How it runs
Export candidate profile URLs as part of the Bullhorn move.
Send them to batch_person_enrich in jobs of up to 10,000, with only the field groups the ATS stores.
Load current title, employer and start date into the new ATS, and start a watch on the same list so it stays current.
Recruiters see who moved before they pick up the phone. Every candidate starts in the new ATS current.

A Salesforce module Stand8 sells to its clients.
The productSalesforce
The module fills a client's Salesforce accounts with headcount, a revenue band, the tech stack and open roles, with contacts as an option. We ran it on the 12 client logos on stand8.io: all 12 came back with headcount, a tech stack and a public revenue figure.
How it runs
The client's Salesforce sends account domains or company page URLs to company_identify, which returns one company ID each.
company_enrich by ID, with revenue, headcount, technographics and hiring in fields. The native revenue band then goes to web_search_live and web_enrich_live to confirm the public figure.
Contacts on the account go through person_enrich, plus person_contact_enrich when the client's package includes contact info.
Resolve to an ID first, then enrich. A domain can match more than one company; an ID matches one.

Keep every client's CRM current, and touch only what moved.
WatchNo noise
Re-running a whole CRM every month touches every record, moved or not. A watch tracks title, employer and headline and sends only the changes. Across the 184,655 US profiles at Stand8's 12 client logos, 3,626 changed since July 1: 2,145 started a new role there, and 1,481 left for another company.
How it runs
watch_create on the client's contacts, tracking title, employer and headline. Skills and small edits stay quiet.
Each client picks its window. Thirty days is the standard, and tighter windows exist for clients who want them.
Changes arrive by webhook in the client's Salesforce or the ATS, with the new record attached.
Update the records that moved, and leave the rest alone.

How it runs
watch_create on Stand8's own client contacts, tracking a change of employer.
When one moves, company_enrich the new employer for headcount, tech stack and open tech roles.
The account owner gets the alert with the new company, title and start date, ready for a note.

Straight answers
The questions from the call.
Q1Do we get a dedicated account manager, and does the Slack channel stay live?
Yes to both. The shared channel stays open with our team in it, and Stand8 gets a named account manager. Check-ins run weekly or monthly, depending on the size of the agreement.
Q2Do you keep the data we send for enrichment?
No. Stand8 sends a request and gets a response back. We don't hold onto a client's records or share them with anyone, and each client's data stays in that client's own system.
Q3Can we package enrichment with and without contact info?
Yes. Contact info comes from its own endpoint, with business email, personal email and phone each optional. Leave it out and the record is the same, minus the contacts.
Q4Do we have to scrape anything ourselves?
No. A profile URL and a name are enough to start, and we return the record. We don't log into anyone's accounts either.
Q5Can Stand8 use more than one provider?
Yes. The rerun above helps with that: it shows, field by field, which provider to call first.
Beyond the five
Two more once the first five are running.
